At Hawkshead if you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us using our insured returns service, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days for a full refund.

We trust that you will be delighted with your Hawkshead purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, you can use our NEW Collect+ service for a fixed price of £3.50*.

Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week.
Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Hawkshead store.

Collect+ Instructions
When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.

Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.
1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/Hawkshead and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

Can I make my own delivery arrangements for the return?
If you return your item using another provider the postage costs are your responsibility and we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate, as the parcel is also your responsibility.

Returning Faulty Items:
If you experience a fault with one of our products please contact the Customer Services Team either by telephone or via email prior to returning the item or we will not be able to process the return for you.


Can I return goods that I bought in a store?
Only goods bought via our mail order catalogues or the website should be returned to this address and they must include a copy of the original returns form, which is on the reverse of the invoice. We are not able to process goods returned without the appropriate paperwork enclosed.


How long will it take for my return to be processed?
We do process returns as soon as they arrive but this can take up to 14 days. The customer services team will e-mail or write to you to confirm once the return refund has been processed for you.


How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item we will refund the cost of your initial order in full to your debit/credit card. We will then contact you to confirm that we have a replacement item available. Once we have confirmed and despatched the goods, we will then reprocess the payment with no extra postage charge.

Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You need to notify us within the 7 day cancellation period via written communication to comply. We accept email communication as notification.

If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 14 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).


Not a quibble in sight!

If you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 28 days.

Unfortunately we can only accept returns of products purchased via the web or through our catalogue. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.

Please note: that returns on certain products are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website.
