Customer Services Advisor
Our ethos within the contact centre is to ensure that the customer receives the best possible customer experience at all times: The role includes and develops as full training is given over a six month period:
Key duties and tasks:
- Will be receiving in-coming customer calls
- Taking orders
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing returns and exchanges
- Occasional outbound calling to existing customers
What skills are required
- Must have a good telephone manner
- Previous call centre shift experience preferred
- Ability to handle administrative duties
- Good PC skills
- Must have eye for detail
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
Hours: 08.00 to 22.30hrs Monday to Friday on a fixed four week rota.

Senior Production Controller
REPORTING TO: Head of Footwear
Key duties and tasks:
- Overall Responsibility for the critical path
- Chasing and updating production information via critical path and weekly critical path meetings with QC
- Monthly update meetings with Imports department
- Raising, confirming and chasing footwear purchase orders
- Ensuring accurate set up of information of new styles on AS400 system
- Updating and maintaining computer generated reports on a weekly basis
- Ensuring accurate documentation provided pre shipment -AQL'S and gold seal sample approvals complete
- Assisting Head of Buying in price negotiations and preparing production schedules
- Assisting the Head of Buying by providing sales/stock information and associated reports.
- Raising and progressing footwear orders for salesman samples and progressing salesman sample orders with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries as per the corporate calendar
- Bulk footwear shipment approval
- Attending monthly merchandise meetings to liase with Planning on new and repeat buys.
- Working with factories to ensure production space is booked accordingly and factory capacities managed

Production Controller
Reporting to Head of Buying
Key duties and tasks:
- Raising and inputting garment purchase orders
- Chasing and updating production information via critical path and weekly critical path meetings with QC
- Setting up new styles on the AS400 system
- Updating and maintaining computer generated reports on a weekly basis
- Raising and progressing bulk accessories and barcode orders as per the critical path
- Raising and progressing fabric orders, preparing all the necessary documentation, weekly fabric/import meetings with Import Department
- Assisting Head of Buying in price negotiations and preparing garment costings
- Assisting the Head of Buying in negotiating, sourcing and approving new accessories development

Data and Analytics Co-ordinator

Reporting to: Campaign Manager
Position: Full time and required immediately
Location: Manchester (Trafford Park)
Overview
Due to very successful and continual growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Data & Analytics Co-ordinator to join our Direct Marketing Team. Accurate and pin-point management of our customer data and analytics is a vital part of our day-to-day operations and we are looking for a commercially minded, driven candidate with an excellent track record in data and analytics.
Role:Data Management
- Co-ordinate data projects in-line with the requirements of DM production team.
- Manages data acquisitions such as direct marketing lists, and provides support when needed for direct marketing strategies, such as working with mail houses.
- Act as main point of contact between the Direct Marketing and IT departments on all data related activities and projects.
- Act as main point of contact for our external data bureau, ensuring that all updates, merge/purges, profiling and data warehousing is maintained effectively.
- Act as main point of contact between Direct Marketing and Call Centre on all issues relating to customer data.
- To co-ordinate activity with our data pools.
- To be responsible for all mailing seeds.
Reporting & Analysis
- To provide full reporting on our Direct Marketing activity, on active and retrospective campaigns.
- Oversees day-to-day integrity of customer data and data procedures, which will include conducting weekly and monthly audits of data.
Segmentation & Data Mining
- Review, analyse, and evaluate customer data to provide recommendations and solutions to parallel overall business strategies.
- Work with the campaign manager to uncover trends in our customer data through data mining and data profiling in order to increase the response rates of our Direct Marketing campaigns.
- Be responsible for all segmentation routines, RFM analysis, decision trees, lifetime value.
- Be responsible for all source coding.
Experience
Necessary
- Retail background
- Excellent numerical skills
- Highly organized, with superior problem resolution and analytical skills
- Able to work effectively with colleagues throughout the organization
- Able to work effectively under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- As this position will involve both database management and marketing support it is essential that you can liase between the different departments Marketing, IT and Call Centre.
Advantageous
- Understanding of packages such as FastStats, Viper, SAS, SPSS would be highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in the outdoor retail market
- Working in a multi-channel environment

Overview
To support the direct sales function and help in achieving the sales targets set through effective mail order campaigns and promotions
Role
- Assist with the end-to-end production of marketing campaign requests for direct marketing to the end consumer. Build relationships with key print and creative agencies and gain an understanding of the processes behind all direct marketing channels.
- Liaise with internal and external designers from initial briefing through to pagination of catalogues, collating relevant information, proofing and approving of artwork ready for print.
- Ensure all aspects of print production are in place to meet the agreed mailing dates, briefing in the printers and mailing house with relevant schedules.
- Arrange product photography and attend seasonal photo shoots with the marketing team to brief image type and style for best use in direct mail.
- As review previous campaigns and promotions and attend product range launches, collating all relevant information that would influence forthcoming campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and review competitor and market activity. Identify areas of possible development.
- Build relationships with various related associations to encourage marketing and endorsement through contra-deals.
- Accountable for accurate production of all direct marketing materials.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budgets.
Relevant Experience for the role
- Previous experience in direct marketing and marketing communications.
- The ability to deliver projects within time and budget.
- Self starter who is confident and highly organised and has the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- An understanding of Print & Production
