The team at Hawkshead share a common goal, to offer you high quality products, backed up with terrific customer service. This makes staying in touch with you more important that the Village Fete! We could use a whole number of 'widgets and wizardry' to try and predict your every move, but we prefer to do it the good old fashioned way....by simply asking you!

We got together with our boffins to note down some of the most important questions, the answers to which we can then work on to improve our all-round service to you, our valued customers. We also promise to keep your answers private and confidential, Scout's Honour!
