Slow cooked pulled chicken

• 4 chicken breasts
• Good bbq sauce
• 1 sliced onion
Put the chicken breasts in the slow cooker on top of the sliced onion, cover in the bbq sauce, cook on low heat for a minimum of 8 hours. When ready get two forks and pull the chicken apart and mix with the onions and sauce. Serve in bread rolls with coleslaw and a side of onion rings and potato wedges
