How to return or exchange an item

RETURNING AN ITEM

Arranging collection from your home or dropping the parcel off at a nearby myHermes location.

  • Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note.
  • Package your parcel securely with the delivery note inside.
  • Ensure that you’ve removed the original address label from your parcel.

Please note: you will be charged £3.50 to use this service and will need access to a printer to print off your returns label.

REASONS FOR RETURN

Returning your product if you’ve changed your mind.

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 60 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions - see our refund policy.

Making an exchange:

If you wish to exchange an item we will refund the cost of your initial order in full to your original debit/credit card. We will then contact you to confirm that we have a replacement item available.

Once we have confirmed and dispatched the goods, we will then reprocess the payment with no extra postage charge.

If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Returning a faulty item

If you are returning a faulty item, please contact us before returning the product so that we can arrange for delivery costs to be refunded.

If you do not contact us prior to returning, unfortunately we will not be able to refund the delivery costs.

Returning goods bought in store

Only goods purchased online or by telephone can be returned using our returns portal.

We are unable to process returns without the correct paperwork.

Returning a gift

Unfortunately, we are not able to process any returns without the original proof of purchase.

We will, however, be able to refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Returning tents

Due to the nature and size of our tents, please contact our customer service team prior to any return.

Our customer service will provide you with an RMA number and advise the returns process.

We are not able to process any returned tents without an RMA number.

Making your own delivery arrangements

If you’d prefer to use another provider to return your items:

  1. 1. Fill out the returns section on the front of your delivery note.
  2. 2. Package your parcel securely with the delivery note inside.
  3. 3. Ensure that you’ve removed the original address label from your parcel.
  4. 4. Post your return to:

Please note: we cannot refund any postage costs and we’d recommend obtaining a proof of posting certificate.

Receiving your refund

It can take up to 14 days, from us receiving your return, to process your return (although it is usually sooner).

Our customer service team will email you to confirm that your return refund has been processed successfully.
